Buffalo Chicken Dip

This appetizer is not good for you, but it is just so good!  And easy!  Around this house, we love anything with a little hot sauce mixed in.  Everyone else apparently does too, because this dip is always a hit!

Start by softening a brick of cream cheese (I told you this was not good for you!) over the stove. Next up, ranch dressing! This is an eyeball, but maybe about half a bottle. Add enough to make your dip runny.  Then add desired about of hot sauce to the cream cheese.  This could be half a bottle, 3/4 of a bottle, or just a tiny amount based on how spicy you like things.  I usually add about a half a bottle.  Combine until all flavors are mixed.

Next up, you will need to add your chicken.  Depending on what I have on hand, I will either boil and shred two chicken breasts, or add rotisserie chicken.  You can add your chicken however you like, I prefer the texture of shredded in this dip. 

Once combined, pour mixture into a pie plate or a shallow dish for easy dipping later on.

Top with shredded cheese of your choice.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or until dip is heated through and cheese melts.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, veggies, bread, or anything else you have laying around.  Trust me, anything you dip in this will be good!
